Halo Salon + Blowout Bar began in Auburn, Alabama, in January 2022 with a vision to create a welcoming space where exceptional hair, genuine connection, and community come together. Created as Auburn’s first full-service salon and blowout bar, Halo quickly became a place where guests could feel comfortable, confident, and truly cared for.
Founded by Brittni Culpepper, Halo was built around a passion for great hair and an even greater love for people. From custom color and blonding to extensions, blowouts, cuts, and styling, our team takes a personalized approach to every guest who walks through our doors.
What began in Auburn has since grown beyond our hometown, but Auburn will always be where the Halo story began. Today, our salon continues to be rooted in artistry, relationships, and the community that has supported us from the very beginning.
Meet Brittni
Brittni Culpepper is the founder and owner of Halo Salon + Blowout Bar. An Auburn native with more than 18 years of experience in the beauty industry, Brittni created Halo with a vision to bring a welcoming, elevated, full-service salon and blowout bar experience to the Auburn community.
Halo opened its doors in January 2022, combining Brittni’s passion for beautiful hair with her love for people and genuine connection. Throughout her career, she has developed expertise in blonding, highlights, balayage, specialty cuts, keratin treatments, and hair extensions. She is also a blonding specialist and Bellami-certified extension artist.
For Brittni, Halo is about much more than great hair. She has built the salon around a culture of kindness, confidence, creativity, and community, creating a space where guests feel cared for and stylists are encouraged to grow.
When she isn’t at the salon, Brittni enjoys spending time with her husband and four children and cheering on the Auburn Tigers. Her faith, family, and love for the Auburn community continue to be at the heart of everything she has created at Halo.
